A) How does the delivery process work?

📦 The item is securely packed and dispatched through our trusted delivery partners.

📦 Your order is then shipped to your location.

📦 If your address falls in a location not served by our delivery partners, the Style Rise team will contact you to find an alternative solution.

B) What is the estimated delivery time?

✅ We aim to ship and deliver the products within 7-10 working days.

✅ However, some products are made-to-order, and delays might occur due to dependencies at various levels.

✅ Orders are shipped throughout the week except Sundays and Mondays.

✅ Possible Delays: During festivals, adverse weather conditions, or political crises, shipments may experience further delays due to courier company dependencies. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we will do our best to deliver your product as soon as possible.

C) Can I track my order?

Yes, absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Style Rise with the tracking ID of the respective courier partner. You can click on TRACK ORDER, enter your order number or full AWB, and check the real-time status of your shipment.

A) Do you provide shipping all over India?

B) To which locations do you ship your products?

✅ Style Rise ships throughout India, ensuring that you receive your order at your doorstep, no matter where you are located.

C) Are there any shipping charges?

🚚 Shipping is FREE for all prepaid orders.
🚚 For COD orders, we charge a nominal INR 180 shipping fee, which will be added at the payment page before completing your purchase.

D) Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD)?

✅ Yes, we do! You can pay in cash when the product is delivered to your home.

E) Are there any charges for Cash on Delivery (COD)?

✅ Yes. If you choose COD, you will need to pay an additional INR 180 as delivery charges, which includes shipping costs.
