Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Style Rise follows a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of stress. We offer a “100% Buyer Protection Program” for our valued customers. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions before making a purchase.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
All sale, discounted, coupon-based, and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Please refer to the size chart carefully before purchasing sale items.
Size Issue Exchanges
If you face a size issue with the product delivered, please email us at stylerisee@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
If a reverse pickup facility is available at your pincode, we will arrange a pickup from the original delivery location and resend the correct size.
Reverse pickup and re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer. These charges may vary based on location.
Important:
Reverse pickup may not be available for certain pin codes. In such cases, the customer must return the product at their own expense, mentioning their name and mobile number on the package.
Exchange Conditions
✔ Exchange is only allowed for size issues.
❌ Product exchanges for a different item are not permitted.
✔ If the desired size is out of stock, the customer will receive a credit note instead of an exchange.
Damaged/Wrong Delivery
If you receive a damaged/defective product or the wrong item, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility.
However, every product shipped from our warehouse undergoes a 3-layer quality check and is recorded for reference. If there is an issue, we will resolve it for you.
Only products that meet the following conditions are eligible for exchange:
Unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged
All labels and tags intact
In original packaging
Mandatory:
📌 Opening video of the parcel for the first time is mandatory in both cases (wrong/damaged product or size issue). Without this, we will not be able to process the exchange.
Order Cancellation
Prepaid orders are NOT eligible for cancellation.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Why Was My Exchange Not Accepted?
We strive to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. However, exchange/return requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
❌ If the customer does not like the material or color of the dress. Please read the product description carefully and review all product images before ordering.
❌ Our products are handcrafted, and slight variations in color, finish, and texture are normal.
❌ A 10-12% color difference may occur due to screen resolution and lighting conditions. No returns/exchanges will be accepted for such variations.
❌ If the product has been washed or worn, exchange/return will not be accepted.
❌ Purchases made from the SALE section are not eligible for return or exchange.
Credit Voucher for Out-of-Stock Exchanges
If the desired exchange size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued instead.
The credit note will be emailed to you and will be valid for 30 days on the Style Rise website.
The credit must be used in one go.
